ULTRADRY is a ready-to-use heavy duty waterproofing made from a special latex material. This product is used as a waterproofing for bathroom floors, water tanks, swimming pools, basement walls, not concrete, and can be used to solve the problem of wetting or "seep" on walls. ULTRADRY can be applied to damp or wet wall surfaces, and is a strong base coat for the next coat of finish paint.

Applications Method

In the area to be applied, clean and peel off the old paint, coat the paint until a strong concrete surface is found. Sand and clean from other dirt.
Mix ULTRADRY well before and during painting. Dilution of ULTRADRY using any other solution is also not allowed.
Apply ULTRADRY evenly on the surface using a brush/roll. Make sure the tools used are clean and not contaminated.
Let the ULTRADRY coating touch dry before applying a second time. Normally about 3 hours, depending on the substrate conditions and room temperature.
Apply the second layer in a cross direction from the first layer making sure not to miss a spot. If necessary, a third coating can be carried out.
Allow the ULTRADRY coating to dry for at least 1 (one) day.
The resulting ULTRADRY coating has a rough texture, sanding on the ULTRADRY coating is not allowed. To get smooth results, the use of cement filler or wall putty can be done after it is old enough and the painting process can be done afterwards.
