A matt primer that is necessary to ensure good adhesion on all non-ferrous metals. Widely used by both Manufacturing and Heavy Duty Protection concerns.
Use as a pre-treatment for light metals and alloys such as: Galvanized metal, Aluminium, Copper, Brass/Bronze or Tin. It can also be coated on iron and steel surfaces.
Quick-dry for short recoating convenience

Method: Roller, brush and air and airless spray
Note: TWO PACK SYSTEM – The Hardener and the Base must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio before use.
Coverage: Approx 7 m 2 / litre (15 microns DFT)
Dilution: Use Vinilex 120 Active Primer Reducer Brush Roller Air Spray Airless Spray - 10% max - 10% max - 10% ~ 20 % or 15-24 sec.
NK2 Cup - 5% ~ 10 % Dilution should be done after the addition of hardener.
