Odour-less Ultra Sealer 5102 is a high quality, water-based, environmentally favorable product with low odour and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) during application and drying.
It is formulated for use on interior and exterior masonry surfaces to resist alkaline attack and provide good substrate adhesion for subsequent topcoats.

Theorectical Coverage: 10 – 12m² /litre (30 μm DFT/coat), depending on surface texture, substrate porosity and method of application
Drying Time: Surface Dry – 30 minutes at 30°C
Hard Dry – 1 hour at 30°C
Overcoating Time: 2 hours based on normal conditions
