Penguard Topcoat is a glossy pure epoxy topcoat. It should only be used in situations where there is limited exposure to Ultra Violet light or where cosmetic appearance over a period of time is not important.

Penguard Topcoat is very water resistant and can be used below the waterline over any primer in the Penguard range. Penguard Topcoat is available in almost any colour; it makes an excellent concrete paint on rendered swimming pools or factory floors.
